Our client required a tea point facility within their Central London office to provide a breakout area for their staff. An existing area was stripped back to a CAT A finish to then enable the fit out to take place. The new facility was then fitted out, using plasterboard partitions along with timber doors in aluminium frames to create new welfare and utility areas.
Once the services were adapted, a new tea point has been installed, using modern grey, matt finish units with a laminate worktop, complete with stainless steel sink and chrome mixer tap.
To complete the tea point, a ceramic tiled splashback has been provided along with a full range of appliances, mostly integrated within the tea point.
The tea point area has been finished off with a LVT vinyl tile floor to compliment the units and surrounding finishes. This has been laid over the existing raised access floor.
